We do NOT need to contact anyone in this case: the reviewers will be instructed to evaluate the proposals as though there were no mismatch of observing dates. Should proposals affected by a launch slip be recommended for selection, we will communicate with those PI(s)in Phase 2 to determine what course of action maximizes Fermi science.
