GLAST Data Policy

In brief, after the first year data are not proprietary. But during the first year the release of LAT data will be more restricted to allow the LAT instrument team to calibrate their instrument and carry out their proposed sky survey. During the first year (and most likely during the rest of the mission) the LAT team will release data on transient sources and will release the lightcurves for 20 or more sources it will monitor.
