Spacecraft Scanning

The GLAST spacecraft is shown orbitting the Earth. The view is from some distance away so that the whole Earth is visible. As it orbits a cone is projected, from the LAT onboard the spacecraft, representing the LAT's field of view. As the cone scans accross the sky, simulated gamma-ray emission is seen. The sky is dark everywhere else except for within the field of view of the LAT. The clip last for roughly 2 orbits.
