Spacecraft Rocking
The Fermi, formerly GLAST, spacecraft is shown from the side orbitting the Earth. While the solar panels remain pointed straight up, the spacecraft itself rocks to the right roughly 30 degree of normal, then back to normal, then to the left roughly 30 degrees of normal, and finally back to normal.
